New Balance took advantage of their dominating presence at the 115th running of the Boston Marathon on April 19th by showcasing their new 890 high performance running shoe using an interactive touch application developed by IdentityMine using Microsoft Surface.
IdentityMine worked with New Balance’s Agency of Record, Almighty, to create a fun and engaging Surface experience that Boston Marathon Expo visitors could use to learn more about New Balance, their shoes, and the marathon. Content included pictures, maps, running tips, and more. The application was built using WPF and Silverlight, and was a big hit.
The Surface experience developed by IdentityMine was part of the New Balance “Let’s Make Excellent Happen” marketing campaign, which aims to motivate runners to reach new levels of personal performance.
