Xbox LIVE has been available for the Windows Phone for quite some time now. Microsoft plans to up their game with connectivity between Kinect for Xbox 360 and Windows Phone through QR codes. That’s right; QR codes aren’t just for commercial tracking and product information anymore.

Games like Kinectimals on Kinect for Xbox 360 use QR codes to transfer game information to your Windows Phone. Simply scan the QR code on your TV screen and the connection between the Xbox 360 and Windows Phone is done. Users can share their favorite pets, modify characters, and even play the game on their Windows Phone. This is some pretty cool stuff - We can't wait to see what's next!
