IdentityMine, Inc seeks a full-time Senior UX Developer in Seattle, Washington to lead the development of immersive and interactive applications that runs on varying platforms including multi-touch, desktop, tablet, mobile, Xbox and web environments. The Senior UX Developer will work with cross-functional software development teams including clients and producers to develop technical architecture and solutions for the applications; design and implement major components of applications for mobile platforms; and study information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes and investigate technical problems. The Senior UX Developer will also serve as a technical lead for the project team to create application architecture specifications and implementation; make significant technical contributions through the entire software development cycle (envisioning, design, implementation, testing and deployment) for both internal and external projects; work closely with designers and developers on the team to preserve design integrity; collaborate with distributed technical teams to identify and implement best practices; and research, investigate and innovate on emerging tools and technologies to enhance IdentityMine applications.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or foreign degree equivalent, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following:

  1. Programming applications using C# and .Net
  2. Working with SQL databases and creating stored procedures
  3. Building applications using HTML and JavaScript
  4. Creating and consuming Web Services and REST APIs
  5. Object-oriented software design and development
  6. Designing and developing scalable software applications
  7. Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications

 

Must also have 2 years of experience in EACH of the following:

  1. Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development with C# and XAML
  2. Working with a creative team and integrating creative assets into a software application
  3. Leading small teams and mentoring team members
  4. Using Microsoft Expression Blend to create interactive applications using XAML
  5. Building web and data services
  6. Asynchronous programming model and MVC pattern
  7. Agile methodology for project life cycle management
